– We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
– Prices for our products and delivery fees are subject to change without notice.

2. Product Information & Accuracy
– We aim to display accurate photos and descriptions. However, colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen differences or the handcrafted nature of the jewelry.
– Errors & Omissions: Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
-Payment: All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept any of the secure payment methods explicitly provided during the checkout process.
-Custom Order Specifications: We craft custom and personalized pieces based strictly on the details provided in the order notes at checkout.
-Omissions: If a specific charm arrangement is omitted from your order notes, The Trove reserves the right to arrange the charms in the design layout we deem best. For adjustable chains, if no length preference is specified, the piece will be crafted at our standard default length.
-Modifications: Any requests for rearrangements, resizing, or alterations after an order has been completed or delivered will incur an additional modification and shipping fee.
-Cancellations: Order changes or cancellations after purchase are not guaranteed once processing or production has begun, especially for personalized or custom-made items.
4. Event Bookings
– Down Payment: A non-refundable down payment is required to secure any specific event date.
– Balance: The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event, before the setup of the booth begins.
– Service Delay: Setup and service will only commence once the full payment is received.
5. Jewelry Care & Usage
To maintain the quality of your jewelry:
– Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, or chemicals.
– Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.
– Store items in a dry, soft pouch or box to prevent scratches and tarnish.
– Clean gently with a soft cloth only; do not use abrasive cleaners.
– Disclaimer: The Trove is not responsible for damage or tarnish resulting from improper care or storage.
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, designs, product photos, and written content are the exclusive property of The Trove. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for any purpose without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
– Allergic Reactions: It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their own skin sensitivities. We are not liable for any allergic reactions or medical issues resulting from the materials used in our jewelry.
– Usage: We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services.
