We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. By placing an order with The Trove, you agree to the following shipping terms:


1. Processing & Handling

– All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before they are dispatched.

– Note: During busy periods, sales, or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

– Bahrain: 2–3 business days.

– GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar): 5–7 business days.

– Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and are not strictly guaranteed.


3. Shipping Fees

– Delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

– For manual orders, shipping fees will be shared and agreed upon during order confirmation.


4. International Shipping (GCC)

Customs & Duties: For orders outside of Bahrain, the customer is the importer of record. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These fees are collected by the courier and are non-refundable by The Trove.


5. Missed Deliveries & Customer Responsibility

– Communication: Our drivers or couriers will attempt to contact you via the phone number provided.

– Non-Responsive Delivery: If the courier cannot reach you or if a delivery fails because the customer was not available, a re-delivery fee may apply for the second attempt. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

– Incorrect Address: Please ensure your address and contact details are 100% correct. We are not responsible for delays, lost orders, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


6. Order Tracking & Confirmation

– You will receive a confirmation message (via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp) once your order is processed and ready for delivery.

– Once an order has been handed over to the courier, the delivery is subject to the courier's schedule.


7. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us via WhatsApp at +973 3608 6668 within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue with the courier.
